Production: Upon your final design approval and payment, our estimated production time is 1-2 weeks.

Shipping & Arrival: After production, please allow 14 business days for final inspection, carrier handoff, and standard ground shipping to your doorstep.

Total Timeline: From approval to delivery, you can typically expect your rug in approximately 3-4 weeks. You will receive a Scheduled Ship Date upon order confirmation, and we are legally committed to meeting it. If we cannot ship by that date, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Because each Rug Savant piece is a bespoke, made-to-order product crafted specifically for you, all sales are final. This is standard in the custom furnishings industry. Our comprehensive policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure confidence:

Your Safeguards: Our detailed design approval process is your primary assurance. We also encourage purchasing material samples to assess color and texture firsthand.

Our Guarantees: We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials/workmanship or errors in your final approved specifications. Valid claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Damage: You have 7 days to report any damage incurred in transit, provided it is documented with the carrier at delivery.

Delay Protection: If we fail to ship your rug by the provided Scheduled Ship Date, Virginia law entitles you to cancel for a full refund, even if production has begun.

Extreme Care: In rare cases of subjective dissatisfaction where all conditions are met (e.g., samples were purchased, the rug is unused and flawlessly made to spec), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial accommodation—though this is not a guaranteed right.
